From Brokenness to Belonging

Join the journey of healing and hope. Through the lens of memoir and the quiet companionship of animals, we navigate the path from pain to a life of belonging.

It's OK to Be Broken

You don't have to be whole to belong. Your scars are the very things that shaped you into the person you are today. It's okay to be broken; it's okay to be messy. You are exactly where you need to be.

A Little Irreverence

Hope is a little bit of a joke. It's the part of the memoir that makes you laugh while you're still holding your breath. I've learned that the most honest healing often comes with a little bit of irreverent humor.

[01] THE AUTHOR

[01] SKIING & RACING

My early years were defined by the cold, sharp edges of the ski slope and the high-speed thrills of horse racing. These were the first arenas where I learned the rhythm of speed and the power of the animal body.

[02] PR & CAREER

Transitioning from the track to the boardroom, I navigated the world of PR and corporate life. It was a shift from the raw energy of the racetrack to the structured world of professional communication and strategy.

[03] FARM LIFE

Now, I live on a farm where the rhythm of the earth replaces the speed of the track. It is here, amidst the quiet companionship of horses and dogs, that I find the belonging I once sought in the chaos of my own brokenness.
